WARNING: All information is based on BETA 4.9.

We also need to note that version 4.9 update contains an exclusive collaboration between two MiHoYo titles, so we have one really important thing to tell you:

The specific parts of Ver. 4.9 content will NEVER be available again after the collab ends, however new Valkyrie [Prinzessin der Verurteilung!] and her equipment will be permanently available in the game.

Don’t wait too long if you wish to grab this version exclusives, they all will be available only once! Soooo, let’s start!

Honkai Impact 3rd x Genshin Impact Collaboration

The brand new collaboration between two MiHoYo titles is coming closer! Leaks say Schicksal Entertainment and Anti-Entropy's E.T. Studio are secretly working on a game-breaking project -

“The city of freedom protected by winds, the tale of swords where thunders clash, the finale sung by ice and fire... What will happen when technology and magic come together?”

What should we expect in the list of new content? Oh, there are a lot of things to explore!

🔷 New playable characters from Genshin Impact: Fischl (Battlesuit Prinzessin der Verurteilung) and Keqing (event-exclusive guest character);

🔷 New special event [Outworld Quest] and new Genshin Impact-themed enemies!

🔷 Collaboration outfit [Heat of Trifolium] for Theresa [Celestial Hymn];

🔷 [Outworld Traveler Emblem] - a special commemorative token which summons Paimon in combat stages!

New Battlesuit: Prinzessin der Verurteilung!

Meet Fischl, the self-proclaimed Prinzessin der Verurteilung who travels with a night raven named Oz. New SP Character [Prinzessin der Verurteilung!] debuts: As the first BIO-type archer, she can quick-fire in conjunction with Oz and cast QTE on the field to assist teammates!

Fischl represents a new and unique character type for Honkai Impact 3 - she is the first archer in the game ever made. She relies on quick attacks which can be significantly strengthened up by Oz’s presence on the field, and she also can hit the weak spots of different opponents, creating the openings for her allies to strike. We strongly recommend gearing her up accordingly if you plan to use her at her full potential. Don’t worry if you miss Fischl in Ver. 4.9 Supplies - both her battlesuit and her gears will be available permanently, so you’ll be able to get them later if you need to. Additionally, there are a lot of gear options which help to create Lightning Damage and Support builds for different types of combat environment, as well as a craftable bow as her signature weapon replacement in case you need it.

Special Event: Outworld Quest

Explore maps based on the 3 mind-blowing projects co-developed by Schicksal Entertainment and Anti-Entropy's E.T. Studio with chibi characters! During your exploration, you can interact with NPCs and items, trigger curious events, and unlock substantial subquests. You will also run into puzzles that need to be solved! If you are already familiar with this type of quests, you’ll see the new feature: Swimming Stamina is specially introduced to this event!

The popular character Keqing from Genshin Impact makes a guest appearance as well! She is only a playable guest character and cannot be obtained in any way. After unlocking her by playing the main quest, you can continue to improve her by playing the main quest and other challenges to unlock her skills and boost her stats.

Participate in time-limited activities and get Fischl [Prinzessin der Verurteilung] fragments, special outfit [Heat of Trifolium], commemorative stigma, commemorative emblem [Outworld Traveler], and more!

Outworld Traveler (T)

Attacking frozen/paralyzed/ignited enemies deals 100% ATK of Ice/Lightning/Fire DMG within the 3,5m radius around the target. CD: 3s.

New Equipment

New weapons, a new stigma set, and two new PRI-ARMs joined the Hyperion Arsenals!

New weapon type: Bow

With Fischl’s release comes a brand new weapon type - Bow! This weapon allows to aim and shoot, exposing enemies’ weak spots and dealing a tremendous amount of damage by creating an explosion that inflicts additional damage to targets.

Light String

Default weapon

Weapon Skill:

Use the bow to aim and shoot (max aiming duration: 3s), dealing 650% ATK of Physical DMG. Hitting an enemy weakspot creates an explosion dealing 200% ATK of Physical DMG.

The weapon active's CD and charging time are based on the shooting mode.

Call of Cresent

Weapon Skill: Use the bow to aim and shoot (max aiming duration: 3s), dealing 450% ATK of Physical DMG. Hitting an enemy weakspot creates an explosion dealing 600% ATK of Physical DMG.

DMG type will auto-adapt to that of the wielder (order of priority: Fire > Ice > Lightning > Physical). The weapon active's CD and charging time are based on the shooting mode.

▪️ Total DMG increases by 15%

▪️ The weapon active summons lightning balls at the target's location on hit to deal 25% ATK of Lightning DMG per second to enemies nearby for 5s (CD: 5s).

Mitternachts Waltz

Weapon Skill: Use the bow to aim and shoot (max aiming duration: 3s), dealing 650% ATK of Lightning DMG. Hitting an enemy weakspot creates an explosion dealing 200% ATK of Lightning DMG.

The weapon active's CD and charging time are based on the shooting mode.

▪️ The weapon active marks enemies hit for 10s and make them take 125% ATK of bonus Lightning DMG every time they take Lightning DMG. 30 time max (CD: 0,**). Marking CD: 16s.

Cosmic Duality

Weapon skill: 25 SP

Cooldown: 24s

The wielder gains Ignore Interrupt and 10% ATK Speed for 10s, during which she restores 20 HP and 3 SP per 0,5s.

▪️ [Fu Hua] Hitting an enemy with the final hit of any set of her combos boosts her Fire DMG by 18% for 18s (stacks up to 3 times) and adds 1 charge (Max 3). This effect can be triggered once every 2s. Using the weapon active grants 3 stacks.

▪️ When the wielder leaves the battlefield, each charge boosts teammates' Total DMG by 5% for 18s, then all charges will be removed.

▪️ Whenever a team member casts Ultimate, the wielder restores 300 HP and 10 SP. CD: 15s.

▪️ [Azure Empyrea only] Weapon skill immediately restores the Spirit Shield from AE Evasion Skill.

Iris of Helheim

Weapon skill: 0 SP

Cooldown: 25s

Unleash soul-drinking mist around wielder to knock enemies airbone, deal 400% ATK of Lightninh DMG, and trigger the following effects:

Fallen Rosemary enters Valfreyja Form immediately, obtains Ulf/Strix/Ormr Runes, and fully restores Disir.

Enemies in the mist are Bedazzled and take 80% ATK of bonus Lightning DMG from Ormr Rune's periodical lightning for 15s.

▪️ Each Charged ATK boosts wielder's Total DMG by 25% for 15s (cannot stack).

▪️ Wielder's Charged ATK and Ultimate deal 30% bonus Lightning DMG.

▪️ Wielder deals 40% bonus Total DMG to enemies affected by Stain of Trickery.

▪️ [Fallen Rosemary only] During Ultimate, all skill timers on her and enemies are paused.

▪️ [Fallen Rosemary only] Ultimate channeling time is reduced to 2s, during which all enemies are slowed. Trickster has a much larger attack range.

Battle Pass

Elite Works update is coming with Iris of the Dreams, Path to Acheron and Poe on board! Paladin Battle Pass also contains a commemorative frame border for version 4.9: Outworld Traveler Ribbon!

Also Molotov Cherry outfit [Violet Dreamscape] is added to the Battle Pass costume box as an option, so don’t worry if you missed it back in previous game versions!

Universal Image

🔷 All themes of Universal Mirage will remain open all day;

🔷 Overall difficulty of Universal Mirage stages is reduced;

🔷 Stigma set Beethoven (G2) is now available in Foundry.

Abyss / Superstring Dimension

🔷 LIGHTNING WEATHER: Reduced the HP of Nihilus Husk

🔷 LIGHTNING WEATHER: Increased total damage taken by the enemy "Asleikr" when it is paralyzed, and extended its paralysis duration. Its "left hand" and "right hand" are no longer immune to BUFF and DEBUFF.

🔷 BLOODTHIRST WEATHER: Fixed the problem that "Homu Emperor" might summon both Hola and Homei at the same time.

Memorial Arena

Dominator of Wolves is added to Memorial Arena as one of the bosses.

Other Changes

New enemy type: IMG

Added Imaginary-type enemies. [IMG] is neither superior nor inferior to [BIO], [PSY], and [MECH], making it similar to [QUA]. Attacking Bio-type, PSY-type, or MECH-type enemies with IMG-type battlesuits has no special effects.

However, IMG and QUA are countered by each other. In other words, QUA-type Valkyries deal less DMG against IMG-type enemies, and vice versa. IMG-type Valkyries deal more DMG against IMG-type enemies.

IMG-type Valkyries are under development and the first one to be released is an A-ranker!

Rank-Up System

The system now includes [Herrscher of Thunder] and [Fallen Rosemary].

Shops

War Treasury

🔷 Shadow Knight (8 Legacy) and Black Nucleus (9 Willpower) fragments are added;

🔷 Added a character card for all War Treasury Valkyries for Ancient Willpower x1000 per each.

*Please note that you can only purchase character cards when the valkyrie is not unlocked. The item will be hidden when the valk is already owned. After this update, the Lightning Empress card that was available previously will also be adjusted to match this change.

🔷 Weekly limit for all fragments is increased.

Witch's Corridor

🔷The purchasable S-rank battlesuit fragments are now [Knight Moonbeam], [Sixth Serenade], and [Black Nucleus].

🔷The purchasable S-rank ELF parts are Book of Fuxi and Bella.

Supply Shop

The available Rank-up Stamps are now Argent Knight: Artemis and Knight Moonbeam, Bella fragments are also purchasable in the shop.

Enemies

Floating combat text for [Immunity] is added for all Enemies with Immunity. Respective texts pop up upon dealing Ice, Fire, Lightning or Physical DMG.

Other

Starchasm Nyx’s voice interactions and animations are activated, don’t forget to check them out on Captain’s Bridge!

Also Haxxor Bunny got new additional interactions as well!
