I'm pretty sure this one's better. Now Mona's C1 which gives all elemental reactions extra damage. In a team of Mona, Fischl and Xiangling that's pretty killer.
Also I've been shipping Zhongli and Mona for a while now so it's fitting I get her the second 5* from Zhongli's banner. It's almost like it was destiny and I delved into it.

Psh. Actually from what I've heard Mona's been pretty common in this banner so I'm not the only one who's gotten her I'll bet. Still for the ship it works out even better. I mean why Mona of all characters would end up having a higher drop rate? The Zhongli x Mona ship's a sailin'!
