So I started this one from this part of the Moonlight Merriment quest. We learned that Guoba is actually Marchosius.
That got me thinking about the other little creatures that some of our characters summon. Could Changsheng the snake actually be Orobashi! OMG v2.2 update new weekly boss + Dendro characters confirmed!!!
Ok no. I was actually thinking maybe Oz. I think we all assume that Oz is just something Fischl created out of her Vision right? But now knowing the Guoba thing I went back and looked into it. Could Oz or rather Ozvaldo also be a demon marquis of hell from the Ars Goetia?
No. Oz is just a crow. His "surname" that Fischl came up with just means of ravens which he is. Oz the Raven. Ok well thanks for reading anyway.

Only (is anybody still reading after all that cringe?) only Fischl isn't Fischl's real name! In true Archon fashion Fischl is really the Supreme President of Hell and ruler of 36 legions of demons the almighty Amy!
Now going all the way back to the Guoba thing we know from Madame Ping that gods don't die for real. When it comes to him he's no longer the God of the Soil because he sacrificed his powers and memories and is now in a diminished state.
In terms of the other Archons most of the them don't want people knowing their real names when they're in their human forms. Venti doesn't want to be called Barbatos and Zhongli faked his Archon form's death. One of Amy's characteristics is that she hates being called Amy. It's even blocked out in her story sections.
I think it's still too early to say that Fischl is a depowered Archon like Guoba but there might be something going on. What do we know about her? She's just a normal girl but she doesn't really have friends. Mostly this is because she's a chunibyou and her weird personality is off-putting. So one day when she was alone and depressed she got her Vision and Oz appeared. She was in the library where she usually reads her favorite story to forget her troubles. That story is the Flowers for Princess Fischl: Phantasmagoria. She assumed the identity of the title character and her chuni transformation was complete.
But what if we look just a little deeper. Who is Fischl? She comes from this place called Immernachtreich and the story goes that she'll be there at the end of the world where she'll smite the wicked and then restart it. This might still sound super chuni but then I ask you guys to remember Lisa's quest and the book that she had us get back with her.
The first line of the Pale Princess and the Six Pygmies reads: "In the distant past, the Night Mother ruled over the faraway Land of Night."
Immernachtreich means the Realm of the Evernight. As far as we know the Abyss stole the book because they thought it could lead them to the Night Mother. We know they want revenge against Celestia for Khaenri'ah and we know that Celestia tends to end civilizations.
So it could be that the story about Fischl taken from the Abyss perspective means she destroys the "wicked" Archons and their regions. Could Amy actually be the current version of the Night Mother that the Abyss are looking for? And this is why she can't make friends because the Night Mother is super creepy evil and no life grows in the Land of Night. And her only friend is the dummy who has just the worst luck so it stands to reason his luck got him to be friends with "the source of all sins."
If this is true I've already got an idea for how that story could play out. MiHoYo is no stranger to a depressing story. Just take Kiana. You have poor friendless Fischl totally unaware of who she really is and still enchanted by her fairy tale where she's the hero. Then one day the Abyss figures it out and unlocks her hidden power. She loses control and attacks. At this point in the game we aren't strong enough to stop her. The Archons for whatever reason don't want to get involved. (Could it be guilt because if they do get involved they'd just smite Fischl like they did Khaenri'ah?) In the end there's only one fire-based friend that decides to do the stupid thing to save her. (RIP Himeko)
I would hate it if they killed him off and I think Genshin's a happier story than Honkai's been. So it could work out that because Bennett became Fischl's friend for who she really is and not her chuni personality he'll be able to appeal to her and not Amy the Night Mother or Fischl the Prinzessin. When she finally realizes who she is she breaks away from the Night Mother part of herself. Without her the Night Mother doesn't have her core (her Herrscher Core! j/k) and is greatly weakened so we can finally take it out not to mention the Archons can go all out too.
This theory is still a little too early to call but here's one last thing. Ozvaldo: It isn't the name of a demon in the Ars Goetia but it does mean God's Power in German.
