Directions:
Simplified: Cook rice (1) → Cook green curry (2-4) → Steam ca***ge roll (5-12) → Make Ai-chan garnishes (13-19)
Detailed:
1. Cook the rice first. Whether you use a rice cooker or a pot, cooking rice is still going to take a long time.

2. Start preparing the ingredients. Rinse the prawns and your favorite vegetables; For me, they are zucchini, greens beans, and carrots. Cut the carrots into flower shapes and refrigerate the rest. Chop the chilies and prepare the spices.

3. Add a little vegetable oil to a pan. Add the green curry paste and sauté for a minute. Add broth or water. Tear the kaffir lime leaves up and add.

4. Simmer the prawns in curry. Add a cup of coconut milk and stir well. Add chopped chili. Add vegetables and simmer until almost cooked. Add palm sugar and fish sauce to season. Finally, add basil leaves to add aroma. Set the pot of curry aside.

5. Next, make Ai-chan's hair - ca***ge rolls. Start by coring the ca***ge with a knife to make removing whole ca***ge leaves easier. Put a whole ca***ge into a pot of water and bring it to a boil, turn down the heat and cook for five minutes, then turn it over and cook for another five minutes. Wash the ca***ge with cold water and set aside.

6. Chop half a shallot, the remaining carrots, and shiitake.

7. Sauté the chopped shallot in butter until fragrant. Add chopped carrots and shiitake and sauté until almost cooked. Refrigerate.

8. Add a teaspoon of salt, a dash of sugar, pepper and other preferred condiments, such as grated ginger or chopped basil, to the minced meat. You can also add fish sauce and sesame oil to add umami. Add a raw egg and a spoonful of starch to add tenderness.

9. Mix until thick and set aside.

10. Separate two ca***ge leaves and place them on a plastic wrap. Roll the minced meat into a ball and place it on the ca***ge leaves. You can refer to the paper mold for the size of ca***ge rolls.

11. Squeeze the ca***ge leaves into a ball using the plastic wrap, then remove the plastic. Repeat to make Ai-chan's hair buns.

12. Place the two ca***ge rolls in the pot and steam for fifteen minutes. Do not take them out of the pot yet.

13. Start making Ai-chan-shaped rice. Take out the cooked rice, add a spoonful of peanut sauce and mix well. If the color of the rice does not turn light beige, add more peanut sauce (peanut sauce rice goes well with curry).

14. Use plastic wrap to mold the rice into Ai-chan's head with ears. Put a banana leaf under it. Since green curry is not as thick as Japanese curry, Ai-chan might sink into the curry without a leaf holding her up! Make two small beige-colored balls and place on the face (can be fixed with toothpicks).

15. Cut the remaining ca***ge leaves into hair-shaped pieces as shown in the image. Lay them on the rice one by one.

16. Take out the steamed ca***ge rolls. Cut off part of them to make them fit, and place them on each side of Ai-chan's head. Add two more ca***ge leaves to fill in the gap and serve as bangs. You just recreated Ai-chan's hair!

17. Cut nori into eyelashes and mouth, white cheese slices into the whites of the eyes, and scalded carrot slices into pupils. You can also use a toothpick dipped in ketchup to give Ai-chan a lovely blush. Pink ham slices work too. Be creative!

18. From the cheese slices, cut out HOMUs with a knife, and stars and hearts with bento molds. Decorate further with lime slices and basil leaves. Enjoy Ai-chan's green curry rice with ca***ge rolls!

2. HOMU Thai Coconut Milk(Bua Loy)[emoji]
This recipe is based on the Thai street food Bua Loy, but given a twist - This simple dessert is now much sweeter and cuter thanks to HOMU and HOMEI! Even culinary beginners can experiment with their ideas in this recipe!

Ingredients:
Ingredient Quantity
#Bua Loy
Glutinous Rice Flour 100g
Tapioca Flour 5g
Water Approx. 55 ml
Food Coloring (Pink/Yellow/Purple/Green) 1 drop
#Coconut Milk
Coconut Milk 250mL
Milk 100mL
Pandan Leaves 2-3
Palm Sugar Approx. 30 g
Coconut Meat To taste
#Garnishes
Black/White Chocolate 1 Piece
Fried Spaghetti 1 Strand
Directions:
Simplified: Preparation (1) → Make rice balls (2-6) → Boil coconut milk (7-8) → Make HOMU garnishes (9-10)
Detailed:
1. Take a strand of spaghetti and fry it gently in a pan until golden brown. You can skip this step if you are feeling lazy.

2. Mix glutinous rice flour, tapioca flour and water well, while adding water slowly. The ideal dough should be as easy to shape as paper clay. Add glutinous rice flour if too soft, add water if too crumbly.

3. Put aside a small portion of the dough, then divide the remainder into four parts, and use a toothpick to add drops of food coloring to them. Combine the dark pink dough and the white dough to make a light pink dough. Remember to cover them with plastic wrap when not kneading to keep them moist.

4. Cut out four small pieces of parchment paper and form the oval heads and bunny ears of HOMU and HOMEI with your fingers. To make HOMEI's ears, use some light pink dough and dark pink dough to make two pairs of ears, use a toothpick to cut them in half, and use water to glue the light pink base and the dark pink tip together. Don't forget her bow! Keep the head and ears separated, or they might break off when boiled.

5. Divide and roll the remaining dough into small balls, place them in a flour-dusted container, and cover it with plastic wrap.

6. Boil a pot of water. When the water is boiling, spoon the balls along with the parchment paper into it. Cook them over medium heat, tong the parchment paper out halfway through. Once the balls are floating, scoop them out and put them into ice water to cool for extra chewiness! Cook the other balls in the same way.

7. We will begin cooking coconut milk! Pour coconut milk and milk into a pot, add palm sugar and pandan leaves, and stir over medium-low heat. Remember to taste and adjust the amount of sugar to your liking! Add coconut meat. If you don't have the meat freshly scraped from a coconut, use coconut flakes instead.

8. Pour the cooked coconut milk into a bowl. If you like it hot, put the balls into the bowl. If you like it cold, refrigerate the bowl for a while.

9. Attach the heads and ears of HOMU with the fried spaghetti, or a toothpick if you skipped that step (remember to remove it when eating). Place two HOMUs in the middle and stick two pandan leaves on them to garnish.

10. Heat the chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds. Keep heating until it melts. Dip a toothpick in chocolate and draw the face of HOMU with it. The adorable HOMU Thai coconut milk bua loy is ready to serve!
