I usually never take a look at all at this artifact, until i realize this 2 Set artifact can give you +20% elemental dmg, so my question is why almost everyone never discuss or say anything related to this artifact and it is good for my Mona?. Im planning to use 2 Set Noblesse since i will get Royal Plume from AR 47 rewards to complete my 2 set Noblesse bonus, but before that id like to discuss this forgotten Artifact first.
