Okay, So we all know Archons gift people visions who they deem worthy! Well, we can see this in some of the characters that are currently playable and how their motivations/actions got the Archon's attention!
(I won't cover all because Archons and the Traveler don't count in this! I also don't know enough about some characters but ones that I know a little bit about and still want to include I will!)
Also if this already seems obvious I just thought I'd share cuz I noticed it, please not hate >.>
Cryo Archon: God of Love (which can include Familial and friendship, not just romantic!)
Diona: Loves her father and wants him to stop drinking, doing her best to stop others from doing the same.
Kaeya: (I haven't read the manga yet, though I probably should BUT I know he has a 'mission' from his birth father so anyway-) he probably got his vision for his love of his adopted family or possibly for the mission his birth family gave him? (idk please don't chew me out for this part >.>)
Qiqi: Was most likely revived as a zombie because of someone's love (again I don't know her back story so-) and even though she is a zombie, she does seem to love things (like coconut milk).
Ganyu loves to work and has dedicated that love to helping the people of Liyue.
Ameno: God of Freedom.
Jean fights for people's freedoms
Xiao fights to free people from their demons.
Hydro: God of Justice (which could be what the character believes is right)
Xingqui has a very strong sense of justice, wanting to help those in need or who are being treated unjustly.
Mona wants to do astrology justice and doesn't want to use it to make a quick buck.
Barbara wants to do the people of monstadt justice/make them proud whether it's through her healing or singing, she never gives up and wants to help the people.
Childe acknowledges that he is like a pawn in the grand scheme of things but fights for what he believes is right nonetheless. He doesn't fight those who are weaker than himself unless provoked, and is able to be bygones with the traveler when he see the traveler is 'good'
Geo: God of Contracts
Noelle is a maid and has a job (contract) to serve you or whoever she has to serve.
Ninguang is a Qixing and literally runs Liyue Harbor, the center of contracts pretty much
Electro: God of Eternity (I noticed that all the Electro characters are very fantasy themed?!)
Fischl is a "Princess"
Lisa is pretty much a witch
Razor is a wolf boi
Beidou is a pirate
Pyro: God of War (which can also mean chaos, fighting or competition)
Klee is a very chaotic good character, riddling the battle field with bombs... (which could be associated with war)
Bennett has a "go get 'em" adventurer attitude and likes to Rally allies to go on adventure and fight evil (rallying allies is something usually done in war).
Xiangling likes to challenge herself in making dishes out of unconventional ingredients, never backing down from a 'fight' with taste. She is willing to conquer all the types of ingredients out there.
Amber keeps talking about being the "gliding champion of Monstadt" meaning she had to earn that title through a competition!
Dendro: God of Wisdom
The Snek Pharmacist: Because he is a pharmacist and is probably very wise...?
there are probably going to be a lot of scholars who have dendro visions...
Anyway, what do you guys think of my observations? And these are the characters I couldn't figure out how to fit under the categories:
Keqing (Electro)
Albedo (Geo)
Sucrose (Ameno)
Dulic (pyro)
Chongyun (Cryo)
