This is what now the 4th week in a row I've gotten a prototype? 2 actually but I didn't screenshot the claymore. And 1 solvent per boss too.
Judging from the replies I got last time it looks like it isn't universal but my drops this update have definitely been astounding. Really hope MiHoYo keeps this going. Right now we've got so many kinds of craftable weapons there's no real reason to throttle the number of prototypes we can get anymore.
