Valkyrie Option Egg S, which one to pick?

Hello fellow captain! I'm a new captain and just obtained my very first S valk egg, which one should i choose based from my obtained valk?

my team for now is IO - FR - YA (waiting for fischl fragment) for elemental and SP - SD - DB for phys

(Also you can recommend me a team or which valks should i focus on/which to grind, I'd appreciate it😭)

Thanks in advance!!
