[A/N: I'm so sorry for not posting the last few weeks, there's been an emergency at home so I haven't had much time to play through the new update or edit my drafts for posting. Things are starting to settle a bit though so I'll be able to start posting again.
I'll be quickly posting my V3.1 guides from my drafts and then record the V3.2 Archon Quest, Nahida's Story Quest and the Wonders of the World Hidden Achievements on my PC across the next few days. I did play through the Adventurer's Trials and the Fabulous Fungus Frenzy events before they ended and there weren't any time-sensitive chests, so I'll check to see if there's any chests in the remaining events. 21 is part of the World Quest 'A Gifted Rose: *****ly as Thorns'.
Location (World Quest Series- 1st Quest):
21. [Spawned Chest]
Will spawn after clearing the Withering Zone.

22. [Spawned Chest]
Will spawn after completing the Time Trial Challenge ('Collect 8 Dendro Particles within 40s').
Location (Challenge Marker):
23. [Trapped/Locked Chest] On the ledge
Use Anemo to blow the sand pile to reveal the chest, and defeat 2 Eremites and 1 Eremite Desert Clearwater to unlock it.

24. [Locked Chest] On the rock
Will unlock after defeating 3 Stretchy Geo Fungi and 1 Grounded Geoshroom.
Location:
25. [Trapped Chest] On the ledge
Burn the brambles with Pyro to access.

26. [Spawned Chest]
Will spawn after completing the Time Trial Challenge ('Collect 8 Dendro Particles within 60s').
Location (Challenge Marker):
27. [Locked Chest] On a lower ledge, by the Cooking Pot
Will unlock after defeating 2 Hilichurls and 2 Samachurls.

28. [Locked Chest] On the small wooden platform
Will unlock after defeating 3 Hilichurls and 1 Axe Mitachurl.

Will spawn after the Seelie returns to its Statue.

Will unlock after defeating 1 Floating Hydro Fungi, 4 Hilichurls, and 1 Wooden Shieldwall Mitachurl.

Will unlock after defeating 3 Scorpions that spawn when close enough.
