61-63 requires the World Quest 'Afratu's Dilemma' to be completed in order to access the Ruin Golem to destroy the rocks.
Location (World Quest):
61. [Trapped/Locked Chest] On top of the cliff
Will unlock after defeating 1 Rockwall Shield Mitachurl (use the Ruin Golem to destroy the rock to reveal the chest).

62. [Spawned Chest] In the cave
Will spawn after the Seelie returns to its Statue (use the Ruin Golem to destroy the rock blocking the cave entrance to access).

63. [Trapped Chest] On a lower ledge
Use the Ruin Golem and destroy the rock to access.

64. [Spawned Chest] On the ledge
Will spawn after completing the Time Trial Challenge ('Collect 14 Dendro Particles within 65s').

Will spawn to complete the Time Trial Challenge ('Open the chest within 50s').

Will unlock after defeating 2 Stretchy Anemo Fungi and 2 Floating Anemo Fungi that spawn when close enough.

75. [Spawned Chest] Near the Statue of the Seven
Will spawn after the Seelie returns to its Statue.
