Quest name:
Sumeru Hidden Quest: Courage is in the Heart
Quest Rewards:
Adventure EX x 200, Primogem x 30, Mora x 20000, Hero's Wit x 2, achievement "As the Lion Searched for Courage…"
Requirements:
Adventure rank 35, and complete the quest "Chapter III: Act II - The Morn a Thousand Roses Brings: Denouement"
Trigger condition:
The quest will be automatically triggered when you follow the path from the nearest teleport waypoint in Mawtiyima Forest to the house
Steps:
1. Clear the hilichurls
After receiving the quest, Paimon will ask us to clear the hilichurls near the house. After clearing them as required, we will get Florescent Talisman, and then talk to Paimon again to advance the story.
2. Investigate the Aranara house
After talking with Paimon, we decided to go inside the house to investigate. In the corner, we found the [Inconsistently-Written Notes]. After reading it, we learned that Arashakun, the owner of the note, had gone to the cave to the east to look for his lost "courage".
3. Look for Arashakun
Follow the quest prompts and head to the cave to the east.
After entering the cave, we will find Arashakun hiding on top of the plant, and a Hydro Slime underneath is trying to attack it. After going to defeat Slime, Arashakun will come down on his own, then we head forward to talk to it to advance the story.
After the dialogue, we learned that Arashakun's friend was taken by the Furry Mask Demon King. To help his friend, Arashakun defeated the Furry Mask Demon King. His friend expressed his gratitude to him, and Arashakun also had [courage]. But later [courage] was lost. In order to find [courage], he came to this cave to search, but he was trapped. In fact, the courage he referred to is the Florescent Talisman. We gave the talisman back to Arashakun, he put it on right away and was motivated to lead us to defeat the Furry Mask Demon King.
4. Defeat the Furry Mask Demon King
After the dialogue is over, we move forward according to the quest cursor prompt. After getting out of the cave, use Dendro Attack to activate Clusterleaf of Cultivation at the location shown in the picture, so that it will spread the Four-Leaf Sigil, and then we can fly to the camp above through it.
When reaching the upper platform, we will see three hilichurls. After defeating them, a hilichurl with a fire stick will jump out. Arashakun calls him the Furry Mask Demon King, which is our quest target. Defeat him.
Defeat the Furry Mask Demon King to enter the dialogue. After the dialogue is done, the task ends, and the achievement "As the Lion Searched for Courage…" is unlocked.
Summary:
The quest process is short, with clear cursor prompts throughout it, which is very simple.
