ATK% vs Crit DMG% circlet for overall DPS?

This is my Keqing with ATK% glad circlet

and this is when I changed it to Crit.DMG% with the same substat


it seems like ATK% was triumphant over Crit.DMG%. What are your thoughts on this matter?
