Quest Trigger:
Speak to Hiiragi Chisato during the Ritou Escape Plan in The Immovable God and the Eternal Euthymia to trigger the quest
Quest Summary:
Chisato, lady of the Hiiragi Clan, which leads the Kanjou Commission, requests that you help her bring a letter to her sweetheart, Kujou Kamaji...
Quest Steps:
1. Find Kujou Kamaji
Teleport to the Tenryou Commission Headquarters waypoint and follow the quest navigation. Keep in mind to avoid guards’ line of sight if you’re wanted, otherwise you will be forcefully teleported away.
Arriving at the quest location we’ll find Kujou Kamaji who wears a pair of glasses. After speaking, he also wants us to help him deliver a letter.
Follow the navigation and head to “Kiminami Restaurant”, speak to the owner Kiminami Anna. Talk to Kujou Kamaji afterwards and obtain the item “Travel Permit”.
3. Complete the quest
Return to Ritou Island and follow the navigation to the Hiiragi Estate. Speak to Hiiragi Chisato and hand her the letter from Kujou Kamaji. Finish the dialogue to complete the quest.
Summary:
The quest is fairly simple and takes around 5 minutes to complete for a generous reward.
