Prerequisite:
Reach AR 30 and complete「The Sea of Fog and the Rite of the Trees」
How to unlock:
After completing「The Sea of Fog and the Rite of the Trees」, it will appear in the quest menu at four o’clock the next day in the real world.
Procedures:
1）Travel to Tsurumi Island and talk to Kama
Talk to Kama，and go along with him to help Ruu (Red lightning along with thunder will constantly strike all over Tsurumi Island)
2）Travel to Tsurumi Island
Cross the gate to reach the designated site, and Talk to Kama.
Go to Wakukau Shoal
1. Talk to Kama
Use the feather near the glowing statue.
2. Defeat opponents
Defeat hilichurls and a Thunderarm Lawachurl
3. Touch the feather that suddenly appeared
Touch the feather and watch the video.
Go to Oina Beach
1. Talk to Paimon
Use the feather near the glowing statue.
2. Defeat opponents
Defeat Ruin Guard
3. Touch the feather
Touch the feather and watch the video.
Go to the Autake Plains
1. Defeat opponents
Travel to the designated site and defeat opponents.
2. Use the feather
Use the feather near the glowing statue.
3. Touch the feather
Touch the feather and talk to Ruu.
Go to Mt. Kanna
1.Investigate the altar
Teleport to the ceremonial site
Go to Mt. Kanna
Investigate the altar near the glowing statue.
2.Defeat「Thunder Manifestation」
Carry more dishes that could increase your HP.
3）Use the feather
Travel to the altar, and use the feather near the glowing statue.
4）Touch the feather
Touch the feather and Talk to Ruu and Paimon.
5）Go to Seirai Island
Teleport to the waypoint in the picture, and fly to the quest area.
Talk to Ruu and listen to him sing.
6）Return to Mt. Kanna
Teleport the waypoint in the ceremonial site. Return to Mt. Kanna.
7）Investigate the altar
Go to investigate the altar.
Watch the cutscene that leaves grow on the tree.
8）Talk to Ruu at the designated location
Talk to Ruu, and you will get 「Peculiar Pinion」and the achievement「Across the Misty River」
9）Report back to Sumida
Teleport to the waypoint of Inazuma City, and go to see Sumida.
Talk to Sumida
10）Go to Kiminami Restaurant
Teleport to the waypoint of Inazuma City, and go to Kiminami Restaurant
Talk to Kama and Sumida to end the quest, and get the achievement「Thunder Is Forever」
