Where to unlock:
The Statue of the Sevens on Tsurumi Island
Steps:
(1) Talk to Roald near the waverider waypoint. Here’s his location:
(2) Take photos of the murals in the ruin.
Teleport to the Shirikoro Peak waypoint, fly to the northeast of the map.
(3) Glide down the large hole under the “perch”, walk straight ahead and get to the first chamber.
(4) Follow the guide and go to the stairs on the left side of the first chamber.
(5) Use the “Peculiar Pinion” near the wall with a Thunderbird carving, and go to the fourth chamber.
(6) Look up into the crack in the ceiling in Chamber 4, equip the Kamera gadget from the inventory and take a photo of the first mural.
(7) Return to the first chamber and go to the second chamber.
(8) There are four murals on both your left and right sides in the second chamber.
(9) Go to the third chamber on the southeast of the map.
(10) Get in the third chamber and go to the right, take a photo of the sixth mural.
(11) Teleport back to the Statue in Tsurumi for Roald, who’s around the Waverider Waypoint. Talk to him and give him the murals.
Completing the quest, you will get the achievement “My Life as an Adventurer” and pick up “Diary of Roald the Adventurer: Tsurumi Island”.
Summary:
This quest has some puzzles and you can’t see much in the dark ruins. Follow the steps in my walkthrough guide and everything will be solved. This quest takes less than 15 minutes to complete.
