Inazuma Hidden Quest: Storytelling Method

Quest Name:

Inazuma Hidden Quest: Storytelling Method

Rewards:

Adventure EXP* 100, Mora* 30000, Hero’s Wit *6, Achievement [Editorial Opinion], [Well, At Least It Ended].

Requirement:

Adventure Rank 30; Requires the completion of the commissions This Novel... Seems Familiar? and This Novel Seems... Problematic?.

Quest Trigger:

Fulfill all conditions above and talk to [Junkichi] who has an exclamation mark above his head.

Description:

In this quest we’re requested to help Junkichi structure his novel.

Prerequisite Quests:

[Is This Novel Amazing?], [This Novel Seems... Problematic?] and [This Novel... Seems Familiar?].

[Is This Novel Amazing?]

1.Talk to Junkichi

After [Is This Novel Amazing?] is refreshed in Daily Commission, follow its guidance, before witnessing a quarrel between Junkichi and Shigeru. Their opinions are divided as Junkichi believes that the novel should add some innovative plots, while the editor thinks that the book should focus more on narrative devices. Thus, we’re asked to choose a side.

2.Choose a side quest

If you support Junkichi (the author), refresh 3 times and gain materials in 3 locations: Tsukumomono Groceries, Weapon Forging Station and Police Detention Center. [This Novel Seems... Problematic?] is available in following Daily Commission. If you support Shigeru (the editor), again, refresh 3 times and gain materials in the same aforementioned locations. [This Novel Seems... Familiar?] is available in following Daily Commission.

Hidden Achievement [Editorial Opinion] will be unlocked upon completion of [This Novel Seems... Problematic?] and [This Novel Seems... Familiar?]. Daily Commissions should be completed 8 times.

[This Novel Seems... Problematic?]

Ask for Yuzu's, Hasegawa’s and Rie’s opinion in Inazuma City.

[This Novel Seems... Familiar?]

After talking to Junkichi, walk northwest. Investigate bookshelves at the Yae Publishing House for three quest items: The Sage Aetolia Will Die Tomorrow, Literature Club, The Honest Cat's Little Lie

Hand in the books found to Shigeru. Choose “You two still can't reach a consensus...” in the dialogue option. Now the quest is finished.

Procedure:

1.Act as a Ninja

We’re requested to be a Ninja sneaking into the Domain to provide more inspirations for Junkichi, namely going through the content of his storytelling.

After the dialogue, we’re auto teleported to the Domain. Walk westward. Perform Plunging Attacks here.

In the Domain, following Junkichi’s guidance is optional, which won’t have any effect on our plot. Walk southeast and clear monsters.

Walk northwest to the stairs.

Near the stairs, activate the mechanism to open the attic passage according to the guide narration.

Three Precious Chests are found in the attic, while Junkichi claims they are empty, which proves to be true after we open them. This may count as a prank.

Turn straight back and jump down from the attic. The floor below is all made of wood, which means it is breakable by Plunging Attacks. Break it and jump down.

Then, we got besieged by a horde of monsters. Clearing them or not won’t affect the plot but the dialogue content.

Then, walk towards where the monsters are to find a lift. Take it to get upstairs.

Then, follow Junkichi’s words and investigate the tree with bright light at its root for the intelligence hidden. Finish the challenge and get out of the Domain.

2.Complete the quest

Getting out of the Domain, talk to Junkichi again to complete the quest. Unlock achievement [Well, At Least It Ended].

Summary:

This quest is generally not tough, though it could be a hassle as it requires multiple time-consuming prerequisite Daily Commissions.
