Requirement:
Adventure Rank 30; Requires the completion of the prerequisite quest series[Through the Mists].
Quest Taking:
Find the spirit at Tsurumi Island. Teleport to the waypoint at Chirai Shrine. Go southwest and talk to Chise near the [Stormstone].
Procedure:
1. Use Electro on all the [Stormstones] in Autake Plains to light them, in any order:

Tip 1: Light the Stormstones in two paths respectively. Don’t get confused here (39 Stormstones in total; Common Stormstones: 36; Thunderbird-required Stormstones: 3)
Common Stormstones: Light them with Electro Character
Thunderbird-required Stormstones: Use [Peculiar Pinion] near the Thunderbird to show them. Attack with Electro to light them.
Tip 2: Talk to Chise to check whether all the [Stormstones] have been lit.
Before lighting all: Chise will say “My time is short…”
After lighting all: Chise will say “Ah... O Great Thunderbird... Have you forgiven me?”
