Hello again Travelers! In the previous guide, we looked at the Shrine of Depths in Mondstadt, today we’ll explore the Shrine of Depths in Liyue and their key sources! Without further ado, let’s see if you’ve already gotten all of them.

I. Liyue Shrine of Depths Key Sources
1. Domain of Forsaken Ruins Domain.
Keys 2 and 3 are from Hidden Palace of Guizang Formula Domain quests unlocked at [AR 30 and AR 35]
4. Domain of the Wayward Path Domain quest unlocked at [AR 27]
5. World Quest The Chi of Yore. Location: Southwest corner of Wuwang Hill, talk to Yan'er to trigger the quest.
6. World QuestThe Tree who Stands Alone. Location: Mingyun Village, adjust in-game time to 18:00-6:00 and look for Yuan Hong to start the quest.
7. World Quest Treasure Lost, Treasure Found. Location: Southern ruins of Guili Plains, look for Soraya to start the quest.
Keys 8, 9, and 10 are rewards from the Adventure Rank Ascension 2 quest at AR Lv.35.
II. Liyue Shrine of Depths Locations Overview:
The Shrine Key icons in the picture are locations of the Shrines of Depths. Each Luxurious Chest inside the Shrine rewards 40 Primogems.
III. Collection Route
1. Teleport to the north waypoint of Stone Gate, turn left and go east until you reach the end, don’t jump down and stop by the pressure plate.
Remember to bring either Geo Traveler/Amber/Zhongli/Yaoyao, characters that can place down summoned objects. Use the summoned object to keep the pressure plate down and form the wind current (Xiangling’s Guoba cannot trigger this pressure plate).
Glide west with the wind current and you’ll see the tip of the Shrine.
2. Teleport to the southwest waypoint of Wuwang Hill. Note that if you start from the Qingce Village east waypoint you’ll need to climb a very tall mountain, not very ideal!
Face north and you’ll see a waterfall.
The Shrine of Depths is beneath the waterfall.
3. Teleport to the northwest waypoint of Bishui Plain and head south.
4. Teleport to the Minlin north waypoint and go west, follow the path until you see a cave, the Shrine of Depths is to its right side.
5. Teleport to the southwest waypoint of Mt. Aocang and climb up to find the Shrine of Depths.
6. Teleport to the northeast waypoint of Nantianmen, glide down towards the southwest and you’ll see the Shrine.
7. Teleport to the Tianqiu Valley south waypoint, climb the mountain to the east.
8. Teleport to the southwest waypoint of Mt. Tianheng, glide southwest first.
You’ll reach a cave by the waterside.
Enter this cave to find the Shrine of Depths.
9. Teleport to the west of Dragonspine, Qiongji Estuary waypoint (north of Statue of The Seven) to get to the Shrine.
10. Teleport to Domain of Guyun, go west then turn left and south to the south most point of the island.
Switch to Amber/Collei or Venti, or use Barbatos Ratatouille, Minty Meat Rolls, Rainbow Aster, Tulumba, or other foods that reduce gliding Stamina consumption, or use Stamina restoring foods when you’re in the red on Stamina; climb to the highest mountain tip then glide towards the Shrine of Depths. Alternatively, you can also walk over by water with Kaeya/Kamisato Ayaka/Mona.
And that’s all the Shrines of Depths in Liyue! Each unlocked Shrine will add 4% to your area exploration progress. You will unlock the achievement below once you’ve unlocked all ten Shrines of Depths in Liyue:
