Hello again Travelers! Today we’ll explore the Shrine of Depths in Sumeru and their key sources!
In the interest of saving time, you should complete the Aranyaka World Quest series and unlock the Statue of The Seven and waypoints in Sumeru Forest area before starting your Shrine visits in the Forest area. The Shrine of Depths Keys can be obtained through making offerings to the Statue of The Seven and the Tree of Dreams. Before visiting the Shrines in the Sumeru Desert area, you should also complete the Golden SlumberandOld Notes and New Friends quest series and max out the Clearance Level of your Scarlet Sand Slate (Level 5).

I. Sumeru Shrine of Depths Key Sources
1. Make offerings and level the Sumeru Statue of The Seven to Lv.2.
2. Make offerings and level the Sumeru Statue of The Seven to Lv.4.
3. Make offerings and level the Sumeru Statue of The Seven to Lv.6.
4. Make offerings and level the Sumeru Statue of The Seven to Lv.8.
5. Make offerings and level the Sumeru Statue of The Seven to Lv.9.
6. Make offerings and level the Sumeru Statue of The Seven to Lv.10.
7. Make offerings and level the Tree of Dreams in Vanarana to Lv.8.
8. Make offerings and level the Tree of Dreams in Vanarana to Lv.18.
9. Make offerings and level the Tree of Dreams in Vanarana to Lv.28.
9. Make offerings and level the Tree of Dreams in Vanarana to Lv.38.
II. Sumaru Shrine of Depths Locations Overview:
The Shrine Key icons in the picture are locations of the Shrines of Depths. Each Luxurious Chest inside the Shrine rewards 40 Primogems.
In this guide we’ve included the first nine Shrines of Depths in Sumeru Forest and Desert areas, the final Shrine that comes with the V3.6 update will be covered separately in the Exploration Guide – Sumeru Dendroculus Collection Guide: Girdle of the Sands.
III. Collection Route
1. Teleport to the northeast waypoint of Chatrakam Cave and head south, you’ll see a Shrine beneath the tree.
2. Teleport to the surface waypoint southwest of the Jadeplume Terrorshroom and head southeast, you’ll find the Shrine of Depths by the cliff.
3. Teleport to the southeast waypoint of Ruins of Dahri then glide northwest until you see the Shrine.
4. Teleport to the waypoint on the hill to the northwest of Port Ormos and go northwest, you’ll find the Shrine of Depths by the cliff.
Now you’ve unlocked the four Shrines of Depths in Avidya Forest, Lokapala Jungle, Ardravi Valley, Ashavan Realm, Vissudha Field, Lost Nursery, and Vanarana and earned the following achievement:
5. Teleport to the Land of Upper Setekh waypoint to the northeast of the Statue of The Seven in Valley of Dahri, you’ll see the Shrine of Depths to the left further ahead.
6. This Shrine of Depths is underground. Teleport to Hypostyle Desert underground waypoint southeast of The Mausoleum of King Deshret and keep going south.
Glide when you reach the cliff and you’ll spot the Shrine of Depths half way down across.
Now you’ve unlocked the two Shrines of Depths of Hypostyle Desert, Land of Upper Setekh, and Land of Lower Setekh and earned the following achievement:
7. Teleport to the Ashavan Realm waypoint east of Setekh Wenut, go southwest until you see the Shrine of Depths. You can glide down to it.
8. Teleport to The Sands of Three Canals southeast waypoint and keep going north, the Shrine is on the edge of the cliff.
9. You’ll have to circle around the Wounded Shin Valley from the northeast waypoint to the mountain across. There are many Four-Leaf Sigils on the way, you can use them to get across quickly.
Now you’ve unlocked all three Shrines of Depths in Desert of Hadramaveth and earned the following achievement:
These are all the Sumeru Shrine of Depths prior to V3.6! Each unlocked Shrine will add 4% to your area exploration progress. After the V3.6 update, please refer to the Exploration Guide – Sumeru Dendroculus Collection Guide: Girdle of the Sandsto unlock the final Shrine of Depths in Gavireh Lajavard, Realm of Farakhkert. Afterwards, the following achievements are unlocked:
