Silver Wolf is a Quantum Support.
Her main roll is to apply Elemental Weaknesses and debuffs.
If you already have a strong main DPS, she's mandatory in the current game.
Keep in mind that she can make your team comp more flexible !

Advices
How to play Silver Wolf ?
She's the very first character that can apply Elemental Weakness to a target, she can also apply ATK, SPD and DEF debuffs to enemies.
With a kit like that, she's mainly a support and she obviously needs a DPS to shine.
Bugs everywhere !
With her Talent, all of her attacks have a chance to debuff enemies, making her a great debuffer and Skill Point generator !
You have to give her Light Cones and Relics that will increase her Effect Hit Rate to increase the chances of her Talent to apply !
Also, keep in mind that a good relic is a relic with Effect Hit Rate on it ~
Oops... you've been hacked ~
Silver Wolf's Skill allows her to add an additional Elemental Weakness to a targeted enemy.
The Elemental Weakness she applies on the enemy will match a random ally's element(including her own), with a very high chance of applying an Element that isn't their weakness by default.
With this in mind, she becomes a very flexible unit who can force Elemental Weaknesses on enemies that matches your strongest DPS.

Hunter of Glacial Fores || 4 Piece Set
2 Set Effect – ATK Increases by 10%
4 Set Effect – The wearer's SPD increases by 6% and Basic ATK DMG increases by 10%.
Pan-Galactic Commercial Enterprise || 2 Piece Set
2 Set Effect – Increases the wearer's Effect Hit Rate by 10%. Meanwhile, the wearer's ATK increases by an amount that is equal to 25% of Effect Hit Rate, up to a maximum of 25%.
Eidolons
Even at E0, our Silver Hacker is really good.
The fact that she can add a weakness to an enemy is really usefull.
Eidolon 1 || Social Engineering
Each times Silver Wolf use her Ultimate, she will regenerates energy for each debuff on the target.
That mean, the more a target is debuff, the more you will regenerate your energy to spam Silver Wolf's Ultimate again.
Eidolon 2 || Zombie Network
Probably her best Eidolon.
It simply reduce the Effect Res on every Enemy who enters battle.
That means, with this E2, Silver Wolf's Basic ATK has 100% chance to apply a new weakness to the target.
Eidolon 6 || Zombie Network
This one match well with her first Eidolon.
Basically, it increases Silver Wolf's offensive impact during a fight.
Light Cones
Here are the Light Cones I recommend.
Keep in mind that there are more Light Cones who fits with her, it's just my recommendation.
Incessant Rain || 5 Stars Rarity
Silver Wolf's signature light cone.
Silver Wolf needs Effect Hit Rate and this Light Cone provide her everything she needs.
Before the Tutorial Mission Starts || 4 Stars Rarity
Second Silver Wolf's signature light cone
Best alternative 4 Stars Light Cone.
It gives her the Effect Hit Rate she needs and allow her to regenerates some energy too.
We Will Meet Again || 4 Stars Rarity
An alternative Light Cone who gives her some offensive options by dealing DMG to a random enemy that has been attacked.
Good Night and Sleep Well || 4 Stars Rarity
This Light Cone match pretty well for debuffer.
Once again, it gives some offensive options to Silver Wolf.
Void || 3 Stars Rarity
F2P light cone
If you don't have any 4 stars Light Cone who fit with Silver Wolf, it's the best one you can give her, just be sure to superimpose it LVL 5 !!!
Team Recommendation
THIS LIST IS JUST A RECOMMENDATION
First team is F2P.
This Silver Wolf team comp focuses on both improving Quantum and Physical damage, which is especially effective if the enemy isn't weak to either of the two elements.
You can also slot any other F2P DPS character into the party, just make sure to plan out your team to have Silver Wolf guarantee the Elemental Weakness of your Main DPS.
Second team is focus on Jing Yuan.
Silver Wolf can enable mono-element teams to take on fights against enemies that would otherwise not have a specific Elemental Weakness.
Though you still run into an issue of it being a 50/50 between Quantum and another element, this won't be as big of an issue if the enemy is already weak to Quantum by default.
Keep in mind that mono (or duo) element(s) teams works well with Silver Wolf.
