Hello everyone!
Here is the answer to a request on how to Unlock the "Equivalent Exchange" Mondstadt Reputation Quest.

NOTE: This Reputation Quest is locked behind the Achievement Commission "Talents of Winter", made of 3 parts.
A trick is to set your Commissions to Monstadt, to higher the chances of getting it.

Once you conclude Part 1 of "Tales of Winter" (You can find the guide in my list), you'll get "Equivalent Exchange" like you can see here.
Start talking to Viktor and he will ask you for local specialties in exchange of info.
Talk to Sara at the Good Hunter and ask her for Mondstadt food specialties.
She will ask you to make a "Satisfying Salad" and to give it to her.
She will give you back the item for Viktor.
Next you will go to Flora and ask again for Mondstadt Specialties.
She will ask you if Dendelions are flowers to which the answer is "Yes".
Flora will give you the item you need for Viktor.
Last is Charles at the "Angel Share".
He will send you to recover items from a cart.
You will have to fight hilichurls and slimes and will get the item you need.
Bring it back to Charles and he will give you what you need for Viktor.
It is finally time to go back to Viktor at the Mondstadt Cathedral, where he will ask you for all the items, one by one.
And it is all done!
Now you can go to claim your reputation!
Thank you so much
.
