By Definition, "Errands" are basically missions where you will send your qualified Valkyries (according to the requirements of the errand) and wait for them to finish to earn various rewards ranging from EXP chips to Crystals.
"Work Points Card" are mainly the currency you earn when your Valkyrie has completed an errand which is used to buy various useful items in the Dorm Shop. Now with that in mind, here's how to navigate there.
Go to "Dorm".

Then go to "Errands".

After going to "Errands", you will be greeted by several errands graded with letters, with "S+" being the highest grade and "C" being the lowest.

When picking errands, always start with the highest grade first, then keep dispatching until you can't dispatch anyone or you have insufficient "Onigiri".

Now that you've picked an errand, simply tap or click on the "Quick Dispatch" button.

Then it will automatically pick qualified Valkyries for the job, after that, start the errand right away. The earlier you start, the earlier they finish.

Just in case there are no qualified Valkyries.

Tap or click on the "Refresh" button to change the errand (Refreshing an errand will NOT change its grade).

Now here is the reason why I said always pick the highest grade errand. When doing errands except "S+" (since it gives Crystals instead), it always rewards "Work Points Card"

which you can use on the "Dorm Shop" to buy very useful items.

Now you may be wondering which item should you buy. When buying, always prioritize "Crystallum" before purchasing "Dorm Supply Cards". It costs 1600 "Work Points Card", you can purchase up to 2 of this in the shop every month.

You can use Crystallum to purchase valuable items such as past Gacha items in the "Elite Works". Here's how to navigate there.
Go to "bp" beside your EXP bar.

Then tap or click on Elite Works, alternatively you can go to Equipment and find the item, then tap or click the "Use" button where it will also take you to the Elite Works as well.

You can also convert Crystallum to its previous version, to purchase older items such as Gacha Weapons and Stigmata in the "Elite Works Vintage".

Note(s):
- Crystallum is periodically changed with different versions of it which can be exchanged for different items, previous Crystallums cannot be exchanged with the latest items however, you can convert the latest Crystallums to the previous versions in order to buy older items.
- Before you buy Dorm Supply Cards, always make sure to purchase Crystallums first, since Crystallum sources are scarce
