Here is a Build Sheet on time for the release of this character for the second phase of 1.2 and that is the new five star, Kafka! Kit Explanation
Kafka is a lightning Nihility character, who specializes in applying Shock debuff and triggering multiple DoTs on an enemy. To get the most value of her kit, you need to prioritize building characters who can easily apply DoT (Damage over Time) on an enemy to put on a team with her; example being Serval and Sampo. In terms of building, she is relatively easy to build because DoTs can't Crit, so if you got unlucky with your relics and got a bunch of attack instead, not to worry because this is exactly what she needs. Ultimately the more attack you have on her the better but SPD is also a relatively important stat, about 130-140 is enough. Effect Hit Rate is obviously also important but she doesn't need that much, seems like 30% is more than enough. Break Effect is a really good additional stat to have on her.
In terms of light cones, her signature, "Patience is All You Need" is obviously the best choice for her. Since she doesn't apply Shock on her skill, her signature helps with that. Though if you can't get it, not to worry because “Eyes of Pray” is a great 4-star option for her and it gives her all the stats she really needs. As a F2P option “Fermata'' is great in a team with Sampo and Serval, and you can get it at high superimposition pretty easily, but of course “Good night and sleep well” at higher superimposition is amazing for her and can even get close to the damage her signature gives! Now, in terms of relics, you have a good variety to choose from. The 4-piece "Band of Sizzling Thunder" is great for her for the extra lightning damage and 20% extra ATK, along with the 4-piece "Musketeer of Wild Wheat" for the extra ATK% and "Thief of Shooting Meteor" for break effect but you can also mix and match for a 2-piece of each of the three options if you are struggling for the perfect stats.
As for Planar Ornaments, you can go with "Talia: Kingdom of Banditry" or "Space Sealing Station" but if you need that additional Effect Hit Rate, you can use "Pan-galactic Commercial Enterprise" which will also give you additional attack based on your EHR. "Sprightly Vonwacq" set for the additional Energy Recharge is also an alternative that can allow Kafka to get her Ultimate quicker for consistent DoT trigger.
Team Recommendations
For Team Recommendations, Kafka, as previously mentioned above is focused more on DoT teams, which in turn would make her pretty niche team wise as she focuses on triggering DoT more often than usual in a regular team without her. The team example would be Kafka, Sampo, Serval/Luka or Asta and a team member that prioritises healing or shields. If you don't want to build your Serval but have Asta built, she can be your best support since she buffs attack, gives more SPD and also can apply Burn which can add to other DoTs.
