Do I wait for Jingliu or get Yanqing?

I’m 60 tickets away from Yanqing do I use all my Jade for a guaranteed Yanqing or wait and save for Jingliu and possibly lose a 50/50? Idk if I’ll have enough Jade if I lose 50/50 because I really want the next character banner as well Topaz😭. I need ice and Fire for weakness in the later stages of MOC so 1.4 is a must for me but idk what to do.
