As the title says me and my partner were bored and we decided to give each Genshin character (except for alloy) a skin tone based on their race/species/lore the criteria that we followed were the character's occupation, exposure to the environment (the sun) and the "country" or the culture they represent.
The blue tier is a joke tier as these characters are either from no nation, not human or not from Teyvat hence we didn't know what culture or land they'd really represent.
The dead Tier is for characters that for Lore reasons are extremely pale and almost dead looking (sayu was put here due to her always wearing her hoodie and sleeping in the tanuki sleeping bag).
