For example, if a Traveler in Singapore purchased a "PlayStation®5 Genshin Impact Starter Package" and obtained a "Genshin Gift of Gratitude" redemption code, this code can be redeemed from the PlayStation™Store in any of the following regions: Singapore/Malaysia/Indonesia/Thailand/Taiwan/Hong Kong/Philippines.
"Genshin Gift of Gratitude" redemption codes obtained by purchasing a "PlayStation®5 Genshin Impact Starter Package" in South Korea can only be redeemed from the PlayStation™Store in South Korea.
Q: How many redemption codes can be obtained with a single Genshin Impact UID?
A: Each Genshin Impact UID can only obtain 1 "Genshin Gift of Gratitude" redemption code. If multiple redemption codes are used on an account of PlayStation™Network that corresponds to a single UID, the corresponding UID will only receive one reward. All redemption codes that have been used will be invalidated.
