tl;dr warning. Short version at the bottom.
So I was thinking over the Liyue Story Quest one day and it came to my mind. Archons are the ones that bestow Visions onto people right? What are the qualifications though? Because some people don't seem to warrant one and some NPCs are interesting enough so why don't they get one?

We hang out with Morax for a long time in the quest so you really get to know what kind of person he is. So judging from the available cast of Geo characters what can we observe?

Well for me it seems like Morax being all about contracts values people with a goal in mind and a drive to achieve them. If we look at the characters Ningguang is very ambitious. In the story you find out that she was penniless as a kid but even back then she was planning for the Jade Chamber. Eventually through her hard work she made it a reality. Albedo is dead set on his research and we can see how single-minded he is about it from his quest and the whole Festering Desire event.

From this we can start to piece together what the unreleased Archons might be like based on who they've given Visions to. For example we do already know one thing about the Tsaritsa because Childe tells us about her. So let's see if we can figure that out from just the Cryo characters.

Ganyu is a Qilin/Human mixed blood. She feels alienated by both sides not to mention she's extremely old and Liyue's entered a new era. Qiqi was a little girl from long ago who was brought back to life. She has no place in the world. Same for 1 of 3 total cat people currently known to exist. Kaeya has it worse than Diona. If you guys didn't know is actually from Khaenri'ah the city that's gone with most people turned into hilichurls. He was sent to Mondstadt as a kid. So somewhat of a similar situation to the Last Son of Krypton. (Yes I know Dainsleif is alive. Does Kaeya know him though?) Rosaria when we first see her is not your typical nun and feels cold. No pun intended. She says you can call on her if you need help but does she feel like the most approachable person?
So isolation is the common theme here which is what Childe says and also what we can see of her actions. She's set out on this mission of hers against Celestia and made these Delusions to buff up her Fatui. And she's alone in all this. Now on the other hand Childe also says she acts tough but she's actually kind hearted and vulnerable. We can see this from Chongyun who wants to put up this strong exterior as an exorcist but in the end he's still just a kid.
Following this idea let's check out what might be some personality traits of the other Archons.
==========================

I'm a Mona main so I have some experience with her and so her Hydro Vision's a good start.

Mona is a devoted hydromancer and even though she might have other reasons for it she refuses to use her powers to make a quick buck. (even if her stomach argues with her) This shows diligence. So if we look at bookworm Xingqiu we see the same thing and obviously a devout nun like Barbara fits this too. Even a villain like Childe is still a very diligent person. I mean seriously the guy's the oldest of a large family and he's devoted to that family doing everything to support them. But he's also diligent about his other character trait of wanting to be stronger which he even dove into the Abyss to progress. This made him the only Harbinger capable of combining both Vision and Delusion.
Now you might be thinking but isn't that basically the same as Geo then? It's similar but not quite the same. (Actually it's the similar nature that added to why I ship Mona and Zhongli. Monax ftw!) But the difference I think is that while Morax favors those with a goal and the diligence to achieve that goal (you know like fulfilling their contracts) the Hydro Archon's attention to diligent people doesn't really require a goal. Mona just wants to get better at hydromancy and scrying. There's no real end goal here. Same with Childe. They want to improve themselves and they'll work for it but there's no real end point they're working to achieve unlike building her power base and the Jade Chamber for Ningguang or becoming a Knight for Noelle. I think Zhongli wants to see results while the Hydro Archon's only interested in the focus that could help a person if they wanted to achieve a goal. Fontaine is a city of elegance and the Archon is the god of justice so the path a person takes is probably what he values not so much the ending.

A little close to home is Baal since that's the next place we'll visit.

We already know a few things about her so can we confirm that through her choices. So who are our Electro Characters? Fischl for example? Beidou once killed like a sea monster on her own right? Lost an eye. Sounds like an epic. And Razor was literally raised by wolves. The words larger than life usually come to mind. Scaramouche acts kinda like this scary boogeyman during the event. Lisa if you guys paid a little attention to the recent event quest can scare everybody in the library just by having her name mentioned. Or even earlier if you did her Character Quest god only knows what she did to that Abyss Mage.
But the flip side to that is the delusions of grandeur which also seem pretty prevalent. Fischl again comes to mind but so does Keqing who puts on this bold facade, standing against Ningguang while secretly unsure of herself. Scaramouche is also outwardly scary but in his last encounter with the group he's much more subdued and he's himself scared by what he found out about the meteor.
From this we can see that Baal is likely going to be immature. We already know she's young I think Morax said she's youngest by age of the current Seven. She's also lofty and thinks highly of herself. My guess is during the Inazuma quests we're going to be knocking her down a peg.

Onto Venti and Anemo because I think this is where I might lose you guys so let's see if I can keep my theory going. So with Venti's personality we know he's dutiful but very aloof while being so. He is very powerful and mature but only when he feels like it. So he's flightly much like the literal wind. But the Anemo Characters we have are all kinds of different things. You've got by the books all business no pleasure types like Xiao and Jean. But then you've got awkward Sucrose. And Jean is positive while Xiao is a deep dark pit of angst.
Well my guess is Venti's actually a depressing character. He's the god of freedom but if you look at his history he ends up not being able to really do his own thing. In the beginning he's just another embodiment of the wind. But he takes it upon himself to help the people of Old Mondstadt free themselves. But then he tries to leave so he doesn't end up ruling over them himself and they end up screwing up so he's forced back to help. And in his Character Quest he's stuck helping this guy who lost a friend and couldn't live with himself because he felt responsible. (another shackled person who can't be free) Venti goes out of his way to help these kinds of people but it feels like he himself is stuck. In fact its funny Zhongli managed to free himself from his duties to Liyue after millennia of being its direct ruler but the god of freedom himself can't truly leave his responsibilities towards Mondstadt.
So I think that's what we're seeing in his choices. Jean is acting Grand Master for the Knights. She's not actually the Grand Master but she's stuck with the title because Varka's missing. Xiao even more so has been a Yaksha the only one left and he's constantly plagued by all the battles he's seen. Both of these guys are definitely shackled to their responsibilities. And in this way Sucrose who is bound to Albedo through their alchemy research fits too.

I wanted to point out Venti's reasoning behind his Visions because I think this is exactly what we're seeing out of Murata.

So Amber, Diluc, Xinyan, Hutao, Bennett, Klee and Xiangling. I mean what? What do any of these guys have in common at all? Some are bubbly characters. Some are naive. Some are Batman. So what on Teyvat is going on here? Well if my theory about who Murata really is holds true this makes total sense! Because it doesn't make sense!
One more thing to note is that she by far has given the most Visions at least out of the characters we know. Makes sense if you're paranoid to always "do one better" than your "enemies" even if you're dumping one on Amber of all people. (Sick burn! Pyro skill ascended!)

So last we have Dendro but besides being the newest Archon the only thing we could know about him is through Baizhu.

And that's 1 scene of him swindling Childe with a smile. So he's conniving? A good haggler? I mean I guess we could try to extend it to the enemies and see how their tactics are usually sneaky like popping up out of the ground or summoning spike traps around you during the fight but this doesn't really work on any of the other elements based on my theory. We'll just need to wait for more information and the release of this element already. HINT MIHOYO!

Ok so in short the Archons we haven't seen yet are likely:
-Baal
Larger than life and full of herself but immature.
We will likely humble her.
-Tsaritsa
Lonely, isolated but actually kind and warm on the inside. She feels she needs to keep people away because they don't understand her goals and why she's even doing it.
I don't know if this is just me overthinking it. I feel like her story's going to end sad. I don't know why but I'm getting Havria vibes.
-Hydro Archon
Diligent and aristocratic. Maybe artsy.
I'm going to guess he'll feel overbearing but we'll come to understand him.
-Murata
Crazy. Paranoid. Maybe the final missing Yaksha who was driven crazy and paranoid.
We may have to prove ourselves to her and then prove we don't want to kill her. [emoji]
-Dendro Archon
He's the newest. Maybe he's crafty? Need more info.
Ok so what do you guys think? Is there more you could add? Am I just batshit crazy? Let me know!
