With each content update there is a new Battle Pass to complete, these passes allow you complete daily and weekly missions to earn EXP. Every 1000EXP will award you with a level up to a total of 50 levels.
Rewards are granted per level, every 10 levels the amount of the rewarded item is greater.
Note: There is also a Gnostic Chorus ($20 USD) which contains the Gnostic Hymn rewards with an additional x5 Fragile Resin and "Travel Notes: Windblume" namecard.
Those are the rewards for completing the Battle Pass. The next section will be going into how to complete the daily and weekly missions in the easiest/most efficient way possible to obtain these rewards.
Log in: 120EXP
You will get this every time you log in after the daily reset.
Use a total of 150 Original Resin: 225EXP
You can spend Original Resin in the following ways which contribute to this mission:
Domains (20 per clear)
World Bosses (40 per clear)
Weekly Bosses (60 per clear once per week)
Ley Line Outcrops (20 per clear)
Crafting Condensed Resin (40 resin + 1 Crystal Core per crafted)
Forging Mystic Enhancement Ore (10 resin + 3 Magical Crystal Chunk per 6 crafted)
The fastest/efficient way to obtain this is to obtain 4 Crystal Cores and craft Condensed Resin.
(With 1.4, you are now able to carry 5 Condensed Resin at once, making it much faster than previous versions where you could only carry 3!)
Here are some good locations to obtain Crystal Cores:
Guyun Stone Forest: Domain of Guyun entrance
There will be 5+ to grab here
Between Mt. Aozang and Clear Pool and Mountain Cavern Domain
This narrow area will contain 4+ which are easy to grab
The large tree at Windrise will have 4+ which are also easy to grab
If you are struggling to catch the Crystal Flies you can exit the game and relog to reset their position, so they will be closer to the ground once you load back into the game.
Once you have your Crystal Cores, head to an Alchemy table in Mondstadt or Liyue and craft your Condensed Resin. Repeat daily.
Complete 4 Daily Commissions: 150EXP
Each day you will get 4 random commissions, these will range from talking to people, bringing them items/food, defeating enemies, time-trial events, protecting/destroying transport balloons and interacting with entities throughout the world.
Complete all 4 of the given quests for the day to complete this mission. Note: The Daily Commission Rewards from the Adventurers Guild does not need to be claimed to complete this mission.
Mine 10 items: 150EXP
This is obtained by collecting 10 pieces of Ore, the ore can be obtained through any means not just mining. The most efficient way is to send a character out on an Expedition and redeem the reward once the daily reset occurs.
You are guaranteed a minimum of 10 ore per expedition which will always complete the mission.
Another extremely quick way you can complete this mission every few days is by purchasing 10 iron ore from Shitou in Liyue Harbor.
He is located near the Southern Waypoint of Liyue Harbor, across from the Alchemy Table.
You can purchase a total of 20 items from the store, meaning you can complete the mission twice in 2 days before the stock is gone.
That concludes the daily missions and a total of 645EXP earned.
Cook 20 dishes: 360EXP
Head to any campfire, restaurant or use an Adepti Seeker's Stove to begin cooking. The easiest dishes to cook are the following:
Teyvat Fried Egg: x1 Egg (Found in trees/high places in nests across Teyvat)
Steak: 2x Raw Meat (Obtained by killing wild animals)
This location marked by the meat icon is a good area to find Boars for Raw Meat.
These are the easiest as they require a single ingredient as opposed to needing multiple different ones. The dishes do not need to be cooked perfectly, you are able to cook a suspicious, regular or delicious dish and they will all count towards your mission.
Forge 20 items: 360EXP
Head to Wagner in Mondstadt or Master Zhang in Liyue Harbor to forge items. They are marked by an Anvil icon on the map in their respective locations.
Enhancement Ore or Fine Enhancement Ore is the fastest / most efficient way to complete this mission, as the required materials are much easier to obtain. You may obtain 1/4 of the iron required through the Daily Mission previously mentioned by buying them from Shitou in Liyue Harbor. You may also obtain White Iron and Crystal Chunk from expeditions to craft Fine Enhancement Ore and Mystic Enhancement Ore.
Complete the Golden House Challenge: 675EXP
Travel to the Golden House in Liyue and complete the boss fight inside. You are not required to redeem the rewards at the end, meaning you are able to complete it on the lowest available level (Level 60) and complete the challenge and then re-challenge the boss at a higher level to obtain better rewards.
Complete the Stormterror Domain Challenge: 675EXP
Travel to the Confront Stormterror Domain in Stormterror's Lair located in Mondstadt. Similarly to the Golden House, you are not required to redeem the rewards for defeating the boss you simply need to win the fight. The lowest level for this Domain is Level 40 which will make it easier than the Golden House challenge.
Complete the Wolf of the North Challenge: 675EXP
Travel to the Lupus Boreas, Dominator of Wolves overworld icon located in Wolvendom and defeat the boss located in the arena. The rewards do not need to be claimed for progress towards the mission, so you are able to defeat him in another world that may be a lower World Level and refrain from redeeming.
As of V1.4, the level of this boss can actually be lowered to be made easier as you are now able to lower your World Level.
Complete 15 Domain Challenges: 450EXP
The fastest way to accomplish this mission is by repeating Spiral Abyss Floor 1. You can complete all 3 chambers, leave and then restart the Floor again until the mission is complete. This is faster than clearing lower level Domains as it allows you to instantly load into 3 unique Domains before having to restart and requires 0 resin to restart.
Select Leave For Now, enter the Spiral Abyss again and repeat 5 times/until the mission is complete.
Defeat Boss Opponents 10 Times: 450EXP
Depending on your World Level and the strength of your characters, the fastest way to complete this is by reaching Floor 8 Chamber 3 of the Spiral Abyss. Once you are there you are facing a Cryo Regisvine, the reason this is the fastest way to complete the mission is as of V1.4, there is now a "Retry" button in the Spiral Abyss, you simply need to defeat the Boss, once in the second half, simply hit Retry and you will be teleported back to the first half VS the Cryo Regisvine again without having to wait for a respawn timer. Rinse and Repeat.
if you are not up to this level of strength, you are simply able to cycle between defeating the bosses on the open world, they have a respawn timer so you are not able to farm the same boss multiple times back to back. The bosses that count towards the mission are: Electro Hypostasis, Anemo Hypostasis, Geo Hypostasis, Pyro Regisvine, Cryo Regisvine, The Oceanid, Primo Geovishap and Wolf of the North. Stormterror and Childe do NOT count.
Complete Ley Line deposit challenges 20 times: 450EXP
You can complete this mission without spending any Resin. You are able to complete 4 Ley Line challenges per day without redeeming their rewards and the progress will count towards the mission, this means completing 4 per day without spending Resin will allow you to complete the mission in 5 days.
Unclaimed Ley Lines reset on the daily server reset.
If you decide to spend Resin, to maximise the speed of completing the mission do not spend Condensed Resin, instead only spend Original Resin as that means you are using less Resin per redemption period which allows the Ley Line Blossom to move and reset itself more, thus allowing you to complete it more.
You are able to complete 12 Ley Lines if you spend 160 Original Resin in a single day on them and leave 3 unclaimed.
Use a total of 1200 Original Resin: 675EXP
You can hold up to 160 Original Resin through normal means of regeneration; 1 resin per 8 minutes.
You are required to spend 1200 in a 7 day period which equates to spending 172 Resin per day.
You are able to regenerate 180 Original Resin within a 24 hour period.
To efficiently complete this mission, on daily reset head over to an Alchemy table and craft 5 Condensed Resin (Thank you V1.4).
If you require to kill bosses, then simply craft less than 5 or none depending on how many bosses you need to farm as you cannot redeem Condensed Resin on bosses.
You will have now spent 160 Original Resin. Wait 2 hours and 40 minutes for 20 Original Resin to regenerate, and then spend it on anything that costs 20 Original Resin. (Domain or Ley Line)
This will allow you enough time to regenerate 160 Original Resin for the next daily reset and to repeat the process.
If you are more time limited, you are able to refresh your Original Resin using Primogems or Fragile Resin.
A "free" way to do this is to complete your 4 daily commissions and use 50 Primogems you get as a reward to replenish 60 Original Resin.
This will allow you to instantly spend 220 Original Resin with no wait time, and allow it to replenish for the next day.
Following the method of replenishing your Original Resin with Fragile Resin or Primogems will allow you to complete the mission on your 6th day of the week. (220 * 6 = 1320)
Spend a total of 500,000 Mora: 450EXP
If you are low on Mora, you can complete Ley Line Outcrop: Blossom of Wealth and obtain Mora as a reward for 20 Original Resin or 1 Condensed Resin.
The amount of Mora you will receive as a reward depends on your World Level and the rewards are below.
The rewards for World Level 6 and above are the same.
You may also obtain Mora through spending Anemo Sigils and Geo Sigils you have collected from chests during exploration.
Simply head to Marjorie in Mondstadt who is indicated by a Diamond icon on the map to spend your Anemo Sigils.
For Liyue, head to Xingxi who is also indicated by a Diamond icon on the map to spend your Geo Sigils.
Once you have 500,000 Mora by any means, spend it however you like but it's recommended to focus on increasing the strength of your characters as opposed to spending it as quick as possible to complete the mission.
Upgrading Artifacts, levelling Talents, levelling characters and levelling weapons are recommended, as these cost a large amount of Mora the higher you go and will also benefit you greatly as opposed to spending it as fast as you can on Specialty shops and General stores.
Complete 3 Requests: 450EXP
Requests are obtained through the Reputation System for each respective area, Mondstadt and Liyue.
To begin, you must talk to Hertha in Mondstadt or Ms. Yu in Liyue Harbor who are indicated by the following marker on the map.
Once you interact with them, select Requests and accept the 3 available. You can only complete 3 requests per week, so choose requests in the area you want to obtain Reputation EXP for. If you are maxed out in EXP in both locations, completing the requests will still grant the mission.
Requests are very simple quests, they consist of delivering items to NPC's in the region you have accepted the requests, simply fulfil the quest criteria and you will finish the mission. Reputation EXP does not need to be claimed to finish the mission.
Complete 3 Bounties: 450EXP
Bounties are obtained similarly to Requests. They can be accepted in each respective area as mentioned above for Requests and follow the same rule, a maximum of 3 can be completed per week.
Once you interact with the NPC's, select Bounties and accept the Bounty you would like to complete, the level of the Bounty you accept does not matter, you can complete the lowest level and still obtain mission progress, you will just earn less Reputation EXP for your respective locations.
Only 1 bounty can be active at a time, once you have accepted one a location on your map will be highlighted, you must go there and within 10 minutes find 3 clues which will then lead you to your Bounty target to defeat.
Clues can be found using Elemental Sight and following the trail provided. Clues can consist of defeating a specific highlighted enemy or a specific highlighted item to interact with.
Find the clues, defeat the enemy. Once done head back to the NPC you accepted the bounty from and repeat the process for the next 2 bounties until your mission is complete.
Collect 100 Mondstadt local specialties: 450EXP
The fastest way to complete this mission is to farm Valberries, Small Lamp Grass and Windwheel Aster.
The most efficient farming routes I have used are shown in the images below, these routes will take no longer than 10 minutes to complete from start to finish.
If you have Mora to spare, you can speed the mission progress up by purchasing 20 specialties from Flora in Mondstadt for a total of 20,000 Mora.
She has no icon on the map but is located here.
She sells Windwheel Aster x5, Calla Lily x5, Small Lamp Grass x5 and Cecilia x5.
Collect 100 Liyue local specialties: 450EXP
The fastest way to complete this mission is to farm Jueyun Chilli, Starconch, Silk Flowers and Glaze Lillies.
The most efficient farming routes I have used are shown in the images below, these routes will take longer than Mondstadt, but will be possible to complete in 15 minutes.
Bonus: You may purchase Specialties from Ms. Bai at the starting point of this route at the Mill. You can purchase Silk Flower x5 and Glaze Lily x3. The cost of Mora is high so it's not recommended to purchase the Glaze Lily.
These paths provide 95 Liyue Specialties, to collect the remaining 5 you may do the following:
Purchase Noctilucous Jade x5 from Shitou in Liyue Harbor
Purchase Silk Flower x5 from Ms. Bai in Qingce Village
Purchase Violetgrass x5 or Qingxin x5 from Herbalist Gui in Liyue Harbor (Bubu Pharmacy)
Mine Cor Lapis x5 from Mt. Hulao
That concludes the weekly missions and a total of 7020EXP earned.
Each level of the Battle Pass requires 1000EXP
Daily you are able to obtain a total of 645EXP which calculates to a weekly gain of 4515EXP.
Throughout the Battle Pass, you are able to earn a total of 25800EXP from Daily Missions.
645 * 7 = 4515EXP per week
645 * 40 = 25800EXP per BP period
Weekly you are able to obtain a total of 7020EXP.
Throughout the Battle Pass, you are able to earn a total of 42120EXP from Weekly Missions.
7020 * 6 = 42120EXP per BP period
A total of 67920EXP can be earned from daily and weekly missions alone which is 17920 more EXP than needed to complete the pass, meaning you can miss a good portion of daily and weekly missions and still achieve level 50.
You are limited to 10000EXP per week, which is the equivalent of 10 levels, without any extra BP rewards from Events, it will take a minimum of 5 weeks to complete the Battle Pass.
