They can be converted into Surging Sacred Chalice Surging Sacred Chalice at the "Little Fountain" in Annapausis after completing the World Quest Rowboat's Wake in Series In the Wake of Narcissus: Act IV - Rowboat's Wake. ■ You can get a Drained Conch Cup inside a Precious Chest in Narzissenkreuz Ordo, located on the opposite side of the room. It is near an Exquisite Chest which houses the Key to Some Place in the Institute. ■ You can get another Drained Conch Cup from the Institute of Natural Philosophy. You can do this while doing the Aqueous Tidemarks World Quest, but we suggest finishing it first so you do not have to go out of your way. ■ The third Drained Conch Cup can be found inside a Luxurious Chest inside Bravais' Hidden Study, located in an area of the room walled by energy. Climb over the hole that's beside a Hydroculus using the climbable walls and jump down to bypass the energy wall. ■ The fourth Drained Conch Cup can be found inside
