possible gallagher build for dot??

i've been struggling to bui0d gallagher for a acheron DOT team, the healing is fine with no BE subs, so just looking to spam ult and debuffs whilst generating SP. obviously this still needs a bit of work to get over the 160 threshold but this is where it is right now lmk if anyone has any other builds?
