My take on the common chess piece theory involving the ghosis and the their similarities to chess pieces. Just posting this here for reference for theory craft on plot points ect.
Tried my best to stick to in-game primary sources and avoid to much conjecture. But its hard to avoid.

That being said I DO have some loose ends!
These are really the main points I find my self mulling over as I believe them to be important plot points to what is actually happening in the story atm.

Now... If we follow the general assumption that Albedo's master Rhinedottir has to be the same person as the alchemist known as Gold, who corrupted Durin and caused Khaenri'ah's destruction. That would mean She has found a "heart of God".
of Naberius (纳贝里士之心 Nàbèilǐshì Zhī Xīn, "Demon God") is a demon and Marquess of Hell mentioned in the Ars Goetia, who takes the form of a three-headed dog or a raven. He is said to have a harsh voice.

...Did Gold find a lost ghonsis while on the run living underground and dungeon crawling with Albedo?
Is it the original God of Time?
Is it a different one from the chess set all together?
Is it from an OPPOSING set?
