Since i accidently posted this under fan art, i will post it here again.
I cant log into genshin anymore. When i try to log in a small white window pops up and closes itself but nothing happens and im still in the log in screen.
I cant even log into my mihoyo account anymore online.
Did i got blocked/banned or something and why?
EDIT: Thank you for ur support guys. i Fixed it. After i changed my DNS server the captcha poped up and i can log into mihoyo again. So it was a DNS error. I just changed it from automaticly to the google DNS server 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
