Which one is better?
I have 82% crit dmg and 30% crit rate from artifact sub stat. (So 35% crit rate and 130% crit dmg without skyward harp)
And my main stat artifacts are 2 attack % and 1 hydro dmg %.
With lvl 90 rust, my attack status are 2335... and i haven't leveled my skyharp to 90.. i'm not sure which is better. I calculated with skyharp, the attack is probably 2400... but i will lose the 60% normal attack bonus :/
