[A/N: Currently in the proccess of doing the Quest 'In the Mountains' that will unlock the centre of Dragonspine. Once I've done it I'll update this post with the rest of the chests]

61. [Open Chest] Under a tree, next to a Geovishap Hatchling (on the outskirts of Dragonspine)
No requirements needed to access.

62. [Open Chest] On top of a broken wall
No requirements needed to access.

63+64. [Spawned Chest] Inside a cave, in the water
Will spawn after solving the Seelie puzzle and activating the Cryo totem with Cryo.

Seelie Puzzle- There are 3 locked Heat Mechanisms and 3 visible Pyro torches
1. Melt the snow pile to reveal Pyro torch #4 (by the broken boat).
The Seelie will go towards the most recently lit Pyro torch, and the Heat Mechanism will only unlock if the Seelie passes through it . Don't worry about messing it up, it is repeatable. This can be done in any order (as long as you're lighting the right Pyro torches needed), but this is how I solved it.
2. Light Pyro torch #4 (originally hidden) to make the Seelie go there.
3. Next light Pyro torch #1 (diagonally opposite and originally visible) to make the Seelie go there, unlocking one of the Heat Mechanisms.
4. Light Pyro torch #2 (same side and originally visible) to make the Seelie go there, unlocking the 2nd Heat Mechanism.
5. Light Pyro torch #3 (diagonally opposite and originally visible) to make the Seelie go there, unlocking the 3rd Heat Mechanism and the Cryo totem.
65. [Open Chest] Next to a Geo Fatui Skirmisher
No requirements needed to access.

66. [Spawned Chest] On top of the cave, next to the Challenge Marker (not inside)
Will spawn after using Pyro to melt the snow pile.

67. [Trapped Chest] On a ledge just below the peak
Use Pyro to melt the ice to access.

68. [Hidden Chest] Behind Ancient Rime
Break the Ancient Rime using Scarlet Quartz to access (I used the one by 2 Cryo Samachurls, near the Frostbearing Tree).

69. [Trapped Chest] On a ledge
Use Pyro to melt the ice to access.

70. [Open Chest] On a ledge slightly higher than the wooden path, on the left side
No requirements needed to access.

71. [Open Chest] In front of a tree with 2 Hilichurls digging
No requirements needed to access.

72. [Hidden Chest] Behind Ancient Rime (next to a Cryo Cicin Mage)
Break the Ancient Rime using Scarlet Quartz to access (the nearest one I could find was the one in front of the blue tent below). You will need to sprint and leap when climbing to make it back in time (I recommend increasing your stamina, by worshipping the Statues of the Seven, to make this easier).
