I had something to share.
I saw the talent Thoma. I just remember only he had this passive. Meanwhile other character commonly got these kind talent :
1. Resources unique on certain region them belong
2. Perfect cooking
etc some related with their personality.
Why only in Inazuma & how about another region? 🤨
Literally, I'm so curious why only Thoma had this kind passive talent? Why didn't make Thoma same like as Ningguang, her talent tolerate display on map in any region when she going.
[Actually, it's really not fair.
Where another passive talent for who belong to region didn't had this kind specialty? Did Hoyo forget about this ability?
