Ningguang genderbend !!

Here's Ningguang! First of all I'm starting off by saying that while requests are still open, I was already thinking about doing Ningguang when a few reqs came in for her, so here's her for the oeople who asked!! She definitely took a lot longer then I would've liked, but I think it turned out nice! definitely wanted to give her more war general vibes, so I hope that came across well!!! as of now, requests are still closed D: I have a few things coming up so I'll be a bit busier, and I don't think I could take any right now, but I will try to open them as soon as I think I could ^^
