Use Pyro to burn the brambles to access.

144. [Open Chest] On the upper level of the structure, next to an Exploding Barrel
Glide down from a ledge to access.

145. [Open Chest] In the hole of the structure (bottom level), surrounded by wooden boxes
No requirements needed to access (although it's easier to destroy the boxes to see it better).

Will unlock after defeating 3 Treasure Hoarders.

Break the rocks to access.

Use Pyro to melt the ice to access (although it's easier to defeat the Cryo Slimes to prevent getting Frozen).
