Somehow I don't really know how I should build her for endgame MoC 12. She feels so... idk... bad. -- Ok... it may be because I use random relics after I gave Seele the good ones . -- I know she wants high SPD and EHR (and 30 Effect RES with this set), but what else should I strive for, what CR/CD ratio, and EHR is enough?
