Most of you guys probably got this event and got to work. But because I'm playing a super casual playstyle I still hadn't done the Sakura Cleansing thing yet. Yes I know. v2.4 with v2.5 coming in a week and I still didn't do a v2.0 quest.
So instead of getting to this quest right away I had to do pretty much half of that World Quest. It's a long World Quest guys! [emoji] But I guess I should have gotten around to it sooner or later. I mean there's a few Electroculi stuck behind these quests not to mention that last Narukami Waypoint. (yes I still haven't gotten all the waypoints yet lol)
Anyway got some nice shots out of it.
Today's quest was long! I wonder what Kaeya's up to and if we're going to be getting involved with that through this event. That would be very interesting storytelling on MiHoYo's part. We get to see Kaeya's operation carried out but just by showing Kichiboushi around and happening to cross paths.
Also that last comment from Kichi about exploding. Yes that's a topic I'm going to get into tomorrow lol.
How did your shots turn out and how are you enjoying this event so far?
EDIT for new pics!
Look at the little guy standing at attention. [emoji]
I would like it if he'd do a different pose. There's only so much you can do with him just hopping like this. Like maybe sit down or look around like he does in the cutscenes.
Still it's a nice shot of Wanshu in twilight.
But I also hope we can get more camera controls in the future. There's so much potential to taking pictures of Teyvat. Maybe even a video mode so us plebs can make awesome shorts like Yukine7.
Almost made it look like a giant Kichi with a pet mini regis.
I dunno. This event ended a little lackluster. I was still holding out hope the whole time for seeing what was going on with Kaeya.
