5. Place All your Furnitures
Furnitures need to be placed to generate Energy, which gives you coins.

Housing Quest Round 4, there's a quest that needed 10 Sets.
You don't need 10 Sets to finish the quest.

I. Each indoor room & outdoor exterior area have its own Max Load Limit.
Outdoor:
Exterior 1: 8,800 Load
Exterior 2: 8,800 Load (Unlocks at Trust Rank 5)
Exterior 3: 8,800 Load (Unlocks at Trust Ran* *)
Note:
1. Exterior Area do not share their load with each other.
2. Areas within the same Exterior Area, do share the load.
Example: Mountains have 2 Areas within Exterior 2.
Their load is share. Can only add up to 8,800 load max in Exterior 2.
Indoor:
Main Hall: 8,800 Load
Corridor: 8,600 Load
Rooms: 3,800 Load each (x3)
Total: 26,400 Load outdoor & 28,800 Load indoor = 55,200 Total Load
Animals are 500 Load each. If your home only have animals:
71 Animals Total at Trust L1 - 4
88 Animals Total at Trust L5 & 6
105 Animals Total at Trust L7
II. Trees, Animals, and Large Buildings have higher load Value.
III. Max Load Limit of each room/exterior stays the same at every Trust Level
How did you figured out the Load Value?
Animals is my Baseline: 500 Load & 100 Energy
Remove an animal, you shall be able to put 5 Pine Folding Screen, but not 6.
From this, we know Pine Folding Screen have a value of 85 to 100.
Repeat this with other furnitures & you'll figure out the Load Value for every furnitures.
