After the Version 1.2 update on September 25, an issue occurred where Battery Charge consumption was sometimes not working as usual during challenges in Expert Challenge. The issue has now been fixed and Expert Challenge is now open. We sincerely apologize for the disruption this issue has caused.
Below is the compensation for this issue and the response details:

Response Details:
During the period when the issue occurred, a small number of Proxies challenged the Expert Challenge without consuming any Battery Charge. We will deduct the corresponding Battery Charge from these Proxies before October 1. Deductions will follow the rules below:
● During the period when the issue occurred, if the Proxy participated in the Expert Challenge and received rewards but did not consume any Battery Charge, the amount of Battery Charge that should have been consumed (40 Battery Charge per challenge) will be deducted.
For example: If you completed four challenges in the Expert Challenge but three of them didn't cost any Battery Charge, then 120 Battery Charge will be deducted.
Special Notes:
1. If the Proxy's current Battery Charge is equal to or greater than the amount to be deducted, it will be deducted correspondingly.
2. If the Proxy's current Battery Charge is less than the amount to be deducted, it will be deducted to a negative value, and the Proxy will not be able to participate in any gameplay that requires Battery Charge until their Battery Charge is restored.
3. If the Proxy is online when the Battery Charge is about to be deducted, it will be deducted immediately; if the Proxy is offline, the Battery Charge will be deducted the next time they log in.
4. Negative Battery Charge value does not affect the restoration process. Proxies can also use items or spend Polychromes to restore Battery Charge.
Compensation for this issue will be sent before October 1 after we complete the Battery Charge deduction. Thank you for your understanding and support.
