I might've missed a few too many math classes and it might be why I'm uncertain here, but am I to understand it as the final calculated buff, which is 25% of Rina's PEN Ratio + Core Skill level bonus amount, up to 30%, is then increased to 130% effectiveness and it isn't part of the calculation, as in not also adhering to the up to 30% limit or anything?
Can I have an example number or something? If I got the current max buff I believe Rina can apply if she got her signature weapon and maxed everything, which is 25% of 70,4% + 12% = 29,6%, and then Dance Duet, how much PEN Ratio would Rina give the team?
Also, her Core Passive says nothing about range, but Dance Duet almost implies the Core Passive is range dependent but I assume it's only Dance Duet that is, but does that mean Dance Duet's increase is only effective on characters on field within 10m when the buff is applied or also on off-field characters in the team? Does it apply to herself like the Core?
I feel like I'm only making it more and more confusing the longer I think about it.
