Q1: "Do you need Chiori in your account?"
A1: "First, Chiori is an OK unit to be have in your account but that doesn't mean you have to pull her. She's a good Sub-DPS if you don't have enough Sub-DPS for endgame content like IT or Spiral Abyss as she is a flexible Geo unit that can fit into multiple parties. She deals a decent amount of damage as a Sub-DPS equivalent to some other Sub-DPS units such as Albedo.
Q2: "Is she is a better unit than Albedo?"
A2: "Yes, because she deals more damage than Albedo just with a single puppet and Chiori can summon two of them. She might be an upgrade for your Albedo considering 2x damage increase just with casting elemental skill."
Q3: "I have Albedo in my account should I pull for Chiori?"
A3: "In terms of your primogems efficiency = No because Albedo is already a good Sub-DPS unit if you have one. Although Chiori has more damage with just a single puppet (she can summon two) having Albedo is enough for the efficiency of your primogems and you can take characters that are more worth it than Chiori.
Q4: "Is Chiori worth whaling?"
A4: "I don't think so. Chiori is already a considerable character to be used in C0. Her performance in the constellation is just OK but may not be worthy of your primogems. If you have more primogems to spend on other characters, such as Nahida/Hutao who will rerun in the same patch has higher value than Chiori's constellation. But if you really want to take the constellation, you can take her C1 so that you don't need an extra geo construct to summon the second puppet."
