Q1: "Is Xilonen considered as a MUST pull character?"
A1: "Yes and No. She's a VERY GOOD support for your party because of her universal use in Pyro / Hydro / Electro / Cryo party similar to Kazuha. Having Xilonen in your team will increase your team value even further. She provides healing from her ultimate, resistance shred from her skill plus buff from cinder city artifacts. Pulling for her weapon a.k.a Peak Patrol Song will slightly increasing your team damage even further. She's definitely 100% a top-tier support character."
Q2: "Xilonen vs Kazuha?"
A2: "This is debatable for some players because of the flexibility of the support of these two characters. Instead of debating things like this, you can combine Kazuha and Xilonen in one party to boost the performance of your DPS characters even higher. Yes, they can be combined in a party and provide buffs simultaneously. If you already have Kazuha, getting Xilonen is still a recommended option so that you can use Kazuha in other parties and have a replacement slot in the second party by using Xilonen. They're definitely a top-tier support and they're really good each other."
Q3: "Do I need to pull Xilonen's Sign for significant buff?"
A3: "No, you don't need to pull her sign. Her sign is very good at buffing team wide party elemental buffs but having it is not a must. Xilonen has a lot of weapon options even though she's a def scaling character. You can just wear 4 star option for Xilonen such as Favonius Swords / Flute of Ezpitzal (Craft Natlan) / Cinnabar Spindle (Event Exclusive)."
