Budget Guides infographics are made to save some resources
Most characters are only leveled to 80/80, with some exceptions made depending on the character's ascension stat (such as CRIT Rate, CRIT DMG, EM, Elemental DMG Bonus). Support characters in my guides are typically leveled to 1/8/8, while on-field DPS focused characters are leveled to 8/8/8.
As always, I wish you the best of luck on your pulls <3
