I had the pleasure of playing with Yumemizuki Mizuki for a bit before her official release through the Creator Experience Server. Keep in mind that there may be changes from this Server compared to the Official Server.
Mizuki is a 5-Star Anemo Catalyst character who is primarily played as an on-field reaction Driver, similar to Sucrose. Her kit revolves around being on-field and increasing her own Swirl DMG through Skill and can provide healing through her Burst, freeing up an extra slot on the team.
ARTIFACTS:
- 4pc Viridescent Venerer is Mizuki’s BIS Set
- She isn’t too demanding for her artifact pieces as her abilities all scale off of EM. Triple EM with ER/EM substats is ideal
WEAPONS:
- Any weapon that provides EM works - this includes Sunny Morning Sleep-in (Mizuki’s signature), Starcaller’s Watch, A Thousand Floating Dreams, Sacrificial Fragments, Wandering Evenstar, or Magic Guide
- If you love Mizuki or are a collector, make sure to grab her weapon! While Mizuki will be on the standard banner, her weapon probably won’t (remember Hunter’s Path?)
- Alternative weapon options include:
- Hakushin Ring - works in Electro-Charged team comps
- Fruit of Fulfillment - provide ER through substat and EM through its Passive
TEAMS:
- Since Mizuki seems to play an on-field Driver role, she primarily wants to be on Reactionary team comps such as Electro-Charged, Hyperbloom, Soup, etc.
- She prefers teammates who can provide off-field Elemental application
- When testing her, Mizuki was unable to use her NAs during her Dreamdrifter state; she can only float around. So she does not work well with Xingqiu, Yelan, or Beidou Bursts.
