This guide will help you prepare in advance for 2 Teapot achievements!
20k energy for 2nd, and
20k energy for 3rd realm
You’ll need 5 rooms x 40 screens = 200 screens = 18,000 exp
1 x Mansion (free from Rank 7) = 750 exp
14 lion statue* * 90 exp = 1,260 exp
Total = 20,010 exp
*𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 is just an estimated suggestion. With free blueprints added in from Journals and Rank advancement, it is very likely that you will not have to craft as many mentioned above; likely only ¾ of the way.

Right now I am at Rank 6 (400/1500) and Adeptal Energy 16,700 (Luxury, 28 coins/hour).
If Rank 7 to Rank 10 only requires the exact same exp, that means I am 7,100 exp away from completing this trust rank.
Referring to my previous guide regarding the total exp that can be obtained from Realm Depot, all of the purple grade items have already been redeemed by me at this point, as well as some of the green grade blueprints. Here's a rundown of the blueprints I haven't purchased:
Green blueprint = 21 x 80 coins = 🪙 1,680 coins
Blue blueprint = 57 x 160 coins = 🪙 9,120 coins
That's a total of 🪙 10,800 coins. I get 🪙 672 coins every day, so that means I can purchase all of the Realm Depot blueprints in 16 days; not counting if I'll get to 20k (King adeptal energy) first before these days end, but the numbers still shouldn't be that far off, only shy 1 day; and not including the 4 more rewards from journal page 4 (which I'm still in the process of completing currently), likely to cut the 16 days by a quarter. In comparison to if you don't have as much coins as you can, this will take a significantly longer time to complete.
If you want to calculate your own, here's the template:
Green blueprint = [ (total 23) - (how many you've purchased) ]
Blue blueprint = [ (total 70) - (how many you've purchased) ]
Purple blueprint = [ (total 16) - (how many you've purchased) ]
Quick rundown of journal rewards per page:
6 x Blue blueprint = 6 x 60 exp = 360 exp
11 x Purple blueprint = 11 x 90 exp = 990 exp
total = 1,350 exp
And let's not forget that you will gain more new isles with even bigger load for your decorations. So that's another reward to look forward to.
After finishing your first realm, decorating the other 2 realms will help you gain those extra resin and artifact exp easier. At some point when you're able to get all 3 realms at max capacity :

Then all you have to do is wait until the shop resets every week, you'll have more than enough coins to buy all the benefits.
Bonus
Let's say all the blueprints have already been purchased.
Green blueprint = 21 x 30 exp = 630 exp
Blue blueprint = 57 x 60 exp = 3,420 exp
So in my case, I only need 3,050 exp more from 3 pages of journal rewards.
The natural speed of crafting likely only allows you to craft 2 new blueprints at a time, which leaves 2 slots open idly for purple grade items / coin farming.
Tricks to keep coin rooms away from line of sight is by starting from secluded rooms first. You can also seal off the entrance.
