I'm so ****** right now. Weapon banner is a scam but whatever I managed to get two copies of Rust in the Standard and Eula Banner. My problem now is that I run Childe with Blackcliff Warbow because I didn't had anything else and and have shiit artifacts and stats and am lazy to farm for Heart of Depth again.
So without a Bow his crit rate and dmg ratio is either (with crit % circlet) 30% crit/120 crit cmd
or
(with crit dmg circlet) 54% crit/ 78% crit dmg.
I am currently running the later built (crit dmg) with The Blackcliff for crit dmg but now I wonder if it's worth it to level up Rust for one of the two builds. Can anyone help me?
