When I started this game I often found myself struggling to know what to do with Aether, fast forward to now, as AR55 I still see traveler as an absolute F tier dogsh1t character on both elements. Having to build him twice sucks and I immediatelly abandoned him at lvl60. Hes beyond outclassed by any Anemo and Geo.
Exactly whats is his role or most commonly used role? Sub dps? Support? Just battery filler for consonancy? Of all characters I have never found myself with an actual stereotype of "where does this one belong and back up his place in a team?" And I though at first that was childe when it was just a "dont use daggers for more than 30 seconds". Dude legit seems like hes 5* because of being protagonist rather than actually having a design that backs up the claim that he's a legitimate 5*.
