There's a few more Harbingers to cover but I figure I'll do a little detour first.
Brighella is just my guess and is so far not even confirmed as the final Harbinger. I just feel that with the character's popularity and ties to other characters in commedia that Brighella is the likely candidate. You see based on who he is we can draw connections to the big boss Harbinger Pierro and other Zanni Harbingers like Pulcinella and the newcomer Arlecchino.
The character is portrayed as a conman who will do anything to get what he wants including selling out his own allies. He's also in a position of power as the head of the servants so there's even an element of Dottore to him. That said he is a fool for love just like Pierro.
I think however they use him it'll be outwardly evil. He's likely to lie to whoever he's conning when we arrive and then try to endear himself to us as well. Failing that he'll try to convince his victim to side against us but ultimately that'll fail. I think we'll be seeing him on multiple occasions. Just like Scaramouche I claim that he's not going to be the major player in the Archon Quests. So in future appearances we'll learn more about him and he might even become something like Childe where we can find common ground in his love for someone, maybe the Tsaritsa just like Childe or maybe even love for Childe. In the commedia Brighella can be trusted to assist the Innamorati and Tartaglia is one of the Innamorati.
Also that on top of how he's not one of the Harbingers mentioned in the Pale Flame means he could be a playable character in the future so becoming a reformed villain or at least anti-villain like Childe could be in the cards.
